How to protect leather?
Spray with protector spray or rub a wax onto your new leather bag before using it.
Try to limit the use of your bag in the rain, as this may leave small traces in the leather. If your bag still got wet, gently dab it with a dry cotton cloth and leave to dry naturally. Never use artificial heat as it will dry out the leather and potentially cause damage.
    How to maintain leather?
    Moisturize your bag with a leather conditioner to prevent flaking and wrinkling and to soften the scratches of everyday life. Apply leather conditioner to a soft cloth and gently rub over the entire bag. Depending on the dryness or humidity in your climate, reapply conditioner at least twice a year, up to once a month, to keep your leather bag soft and supple throughout the years.
      How to remove stains on leather?
      Remove stains as soon as they appear with a soft damp cloth or wipes. Do not use wipes that contain alcohol, dyes or fragrance. For tougher spots, use specially formulated leather cleaner. When applying any product, always test a small area first. Rub with moderate pressure to remove the stain; using too much force may discolour the leather.
      *Organic stains can often be removed with chalk powder. Crush white chalk, let it sit on the stain overnight and dust it off with a clean cloth.
        How to store a leather handbag?
        To help the bag maintain shape stuff it with paper or bubble wrap before storing. If you've just cleaned the bag, allow it to air dry first. Place your stuffed leather bag in its original dust bag (or natural fabric pillowcase), and then store in its original box, along with silica gel packets to avoid dampness.
        Never use newspaper, as the color can transfer.
        Do not leave in high heat areas for long periods of time and keep out of direct sunlight and in low humidity. Air your leather bag once every two weeks to prevent mold growth.
        You can wrap the chrome or metallic parts in clean, acid-free tissue paper. If your bag will be tucked away for a while, open the buckles and straps to prevent impressions in the leather.

          • Never wash your leather bag in the washing machine
          • Keep cosmetics inside a pouch or small case; cap all pens and anything that might leak on the leather
          • Avoid cleaning products with an acid, detergent, alcohol, turpentine or other mineral spirits
          • Handle your bag with clean hands as leather is susceptible to absorbing grease and oils
          • Take extra special care of your bag at hair salons and keep it away from coloring solutions, hair sprays and other hair products
          • Try to avoid resting light-colored leather bags against dark wash jeans, as the color from your jeans can transfer to the bag
          • Take into consideration that silicone products clog up leather pores and may render them unable to be cleaned in the future
          What is a pre-order and how does it work?
          A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not in stock yet, but will be soon. An estimated date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

          Please be aware that because of the "pre-sale" nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately four to six weeks between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment.               What if I want to return a pre-order item?
              Our regular return policy applies to pre-order items. You will have 14 days from when you receive your items from your order to return any items from your order. For ease of return processing, we recommend only making one return shipment.

              In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
