In-stock items:
We want you to have your new INRŌ piece as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out within 1-2 days after the order is placed. When we ship your order you will receive an automated email with a unique tracking number.

Shipping usually takes between 2-18 business days depending on your location. All orders are currently shipped out from Moscow.

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price. However, please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

INRŌ insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by INRŌ.

At INRŌ we love all of our products and take pride in its quality. However, we offer a 14 days no questions returns policy. Your satisfaction is great value to us and we would appreciate your reason for returning, as it would help us to improve our service.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund

The item(s) should be returned in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered

All products in need of attention purchased elsewhere should be taken back to the point of sale
